Tis the season

I love this season.  We just got our real tree up today. Joe and I
had a blast going to get it yesterday.

I have finished up a hat for Joe:

and am cruising my way down foot of mom's 2nd sock

decreasing for the toe:

Some alpaca I got at Hemlock as a pity buy. No one visiting this woman's booth.
the yarn is lovely.. WIN for me !!

Ruth finished up her FIL's socks. Knitpicks yarn, Skype pattern:

and...she started Winnowing Shawl. There is probably more progress since she
sent me this Pic on Thursday, before she and hubby headed to Lake Placid
for the week.

So pretty. Rhinebeck yarn...

Martha finished up Tom's sweater.

Here's a photo of Tom's sweater. Made from Misti Alpaca, 100% alpaca, the pattern in by Jared Flood, Cobblestone Sweater. Excellent pattern very well written. Thank you Ann for the very nice yarn. I was also able to make a little baby hat out of it too. I already gave it away so, no pictures. I am on to finish my scarfs.

Here is a pic of Ruth's hike today at  Van Hoeven. She said it was a pretty day there.

Here are pics of Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center in NYC were mom, Tiffany
and I went last weekend. I was really lame at pic taking.
The whole experience was totally awesome.
We had wonderful weather. Rockettes were fantastic....

It a a memory I will cherish forever.....

Until next week dear blog readers....
