November!

Hi Dear  Blog  Readers!  Can you believe it's November already?  We had a lot of much needed rain this week; unfortunately  the worst came on Halloween.  I had a super busy week so not a  ton of knitting, but I'm moving along on the Waffle Pullover, though probably hard to tell.

Ruth started a new sweater. Pattern is Rolling Rock by Thea Coleman. Yarn is Flora & Fauna farm Romney. Color is Thulite. She looked it up. It’s a rock that is a reddish color. Fiber is from Pumpkiin, Lichen, Myrtle, and Clementine. She loves that they give credit to the sheep that produced the fiber!

Martha is almost done with the sleeves on her sweater...it's soo pretty.

 In other news:

Yesterday I spent some time cleaning drawers. In two drawers, I had probably 30 cowls, shawls, and shawlettes.  What to do with them?  I will donate a couple. I wish I could give them to the nursing home, but they would not wash them properly and they would be ruined after one washing.  I have more storage containers to go thru.  I knit some really cute things!  LOL.  I will find someplace to donate a few to..someplace that will properly care for them.

Saw all for grands this weekend but no pictures.

We are going to a Buffalo Bills game party later.  We really prefer to watch the games at home, but this is with Joe's family that we don't see that often.  I am hoping this week is quieter so I can knit.

Have a great week dear blog readers!  Knit on.

All three sweaters look so pretty. They are all different but so nice. I hope the football party was fun. I almost always prefer to stay home rather than be in a big group. Although I usually manage to enjoy myself. Indeed, knit on, especially with that waffle sweater. It's going to be cozy.
