What's That Thing I Keep Seeing??

 Hi Dear Blog Readers...

Pretty cool, but pretty here in Western NY today.  This week Joe looked at the blog. He had not looked in a very long time.  He brings up a picture of the Lansbury shawl and says What's that Thing I Keep Seeing on the Blog?   Well, it is a shawlette, made of three parts, named after Angela Lansbury the actress...and it took me all summer...and it was very medatative...and it felt wonderful in my fingers...and it is really soft...and it is really small for a 3 month project...and I like it a lot....oh and it's finally done!

 Lansbury Shawl

Size 3 needle, Fleece  Artist Vine yarn.  It's single ply.

Pictures in the bathroom mirror are not my strongest skill!

I have the button band done on Daytripper sweater. The buttonhole band is on the needles and I will work on that tonight. Let's hope I get the button holes in the right spots!

Ruth is working on her second shortie sock. Sooo cute!  Today is  Ruth's birthday.  HAPPY BIRTHDAY RUTH!!!!

Martha decided to block the I found him cardigan to make sure gauge was right. Spot on!  She will continue on when it dries.

She is working on her hat while the sweater dries...look at the lovely colorwork!

In other news:

Two weeks till Rhinebeck!  yea!  We are all gearing up for sure.

Mason came today to play with us for a while. He didn't have a hat with him but who needs to bring a hat when you have a Grammy that is a knitter!  He wore my hat and cowl.

We had fun outside.

Have a great week dear blog readers. Stay safe and be kind.
