OOOpppppsssss

 Hi Dear Blog Readers..

Welcome to spring!  The last couple of days have been upper 70's here in Western NY.   My flowers are all blooming!  Such a beautiful time of year.

I have worked exclusively on the Shady Grove shawl the last two weeks.

Last night I must have been sitting on it.  Pulled on the needle...and ooopppsss the needle came but the shawl didn't!  ALL stitches off the needle.  Joe just looked at me and said OMG you better wait till you're not so tired to fix that.  Luckily, I was able to pick up  most of the stitches, and then tink back a couple of rows.  The lace is only on 25 or so stitches...phew!

You can see where the increases stopped, and the decreases started.

Ruth is done with her socks!  Love the colors...so pretty with the sun shining on them.

Martha started a new pair of socks.  K3, P1 pattern

In this fun colorway!

And, Martha had time to look over the sweater pattern she stated a while ago and now has a good (re) start on it.  Very fun colors.

In other news:

Mason has a big boy bed and a new room with dinosaur theme.  Baby brother coming any minute so he will  have to give the crib up eventually.  Brother will sleep in the bassinette for a while.

Notice I didn't say he slept in there, I said he had a new bed.  I think it will be a process to get him out of the crib. Maybe he will start with naps.

Have a good week dear blog readers...stay safe and be kind.

There is nothing cuter than a little boy with dinosaur bedding. One many years ago, we had a dinosaur ensemble at our house. I'm glad you were able to rescue the shawl without too much difficulty. It sure is beautiful.

I have done that so many times! You'd think for as long as I have been knitting I would not pull needles out of projects. Your knitting is so lovely!
